Our commitment
Birmingham Radon is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology. We build with semantic HTML, visible focus states, and sufficient color contrast, and we test navigation without a mouse.
What we're working toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical standard. This is an ongoing effort — as we add new pages and features, we review them against the same standard rather than treating accessibility as a one-time task.
If something isn't working
If you encounter a page, form, or feature on this site that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us. We want to fix it. The fastest way to reach us is a phone call to (205) 000-0000, or email hello@birminghamradon.com with a description of the issue and the page it's on.
Alternative ways to reach us
If the contact form itself is the barrier, you do not need to use it — a phone call works just as well for booking a test or asking a question, and it is the fastest option regardless.
