What a test result means
Any radon reading we report reflects conditions measured during the specific 48-hour test window at your property, under the conditions present during that window. It is a measurement of a point in time, not a permanent certification. Radon levels can vary with weather, season, and changes to a structure.

We are a measurement service, not a mitigation company
Birmingham Radon performs radon measurement only. We do not perform, install, or sell radon mitigation systems, and we do not receive compensation from mitigation contractors for referrals. If your test comes back elevated, you are free to choose any licensed mitigation professional you'd like — we have no stake in that decision.
