Birmingham Radon collects information only when you give it to us directly — mainly through the contact form on this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address (if provided), a closing or deadline date (if provided), and any message you write. This information is used for one purpose: to schedule and deliver your radon test and follow up with you about it.
How the form is processed
Form submissions are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, which relays your submission to us and sends you a confirmation email. Resend acts as our email processor — it does not use your information for its own marketing and does not sell it. No form data is stored in a marketing database or shared with advertisers.
Tracking and analytics
We keep tracking minimal. This site does not run ad-tracking pixels or third-party advertising trackers. Beyond standard server logs (the kind any web host keeps automatically — IP address, browser type, pages requested), we do not currently run analytics software. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your contact details with mitigation companies, real estate marketers, or any other business. Information you submit is used to deliver your test and communicate with you about it — nothing more.
Your information, your control
If you want your information removed from our records, or you have questions about what we hold, email hello@birminghamradon.com and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date. We won't make quiet changes to how your information is used.
